Introduction
Most professionals will at some point facilitate workshops, conferences or meetings. Sometimes you might even be designing and implementing a training programme. Where do you start when designing a training programme? How do you keep your group engaged? Transferring skills and knowledge to learn from each other is valuable and rewarding, if done in the right way. After this course, you will become creative in using a variety of training and facilitation methods. You will be able to recognise group dynamics, facilitate a discussion and build consensus during meeting and events.
Blended Learning
In this course, we offer you a blended learning trajectory, combining online learning and face-to-face training. During the first four weeks of the course, you learn by long-distance through our online learning platform. This online portion takes about 2-3 hours per week. The face-to-face part comprises 5 days.
